Danny Allingham
Danny is the Operations Manager at Eclipse Virtual Design and a driving force behind the energy, growth, and direction of the company. He brings big ideas, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an infectious enthusiasm to everything he takes on—rarely content to settle for “that’s how it’s always been done.” Equal parts leader, problem-solver, and source of momentum, he has a knack for keeping the team moving, challenging people to think bigger, and making sure there’s never a dull moment along the way. Virtual Construction Manager
Derek Tauffenbach
Derek brings nearly 20 years of oil and gas construction experience to his role as Virtual Construction Manager at Eclipse Virtual Design. With a background as a Journeyman Steamfitter-Pipefitter and extensive experience in field supervision and construction management, he brings a strong field-driven perspective to virtual design and project execution. His practical understanding of construction allows him to identify potential issues early and help ensure designs are accurate, constructible, and aligned with actual site conditions. Derek works closely with clients, operations, construction personnel, and the Eclipse design team to keep projects on track.
